In celebration of Cinco De Mayo, also known as Cinco De Moe's at Moe's Southwest Grill, the chain is offering customers its Homewrecker burrito, chips and salsa for just $5 on May 5.
The Homewrecker is served with the customer's choice of protein, including all-natural grass-fed steak, all-natural chicken breast, grain-fed pulled pork ground beef or organic tofu, sour cream and handmade guacamole from 100-percent Hass avocados and a choice of the more than 20 fresh and free ingredients.
"Cinco de Moe's is always a fun day to celebrate our awesome food with our biggest fans," said Paul Macaluso, CMO of Moe's Southwest Grill. "Customers can take advantage of our $5 burritos, order catering for their own Cinco party, or create a real-life version of a bobblehead with our Cinco de Moe's collector's cups."
While supplies last, Moe's is offering premium 32-ounce bobblehead collector's cups that encourage customers to take pictures with their faces on top of the cups and post to their favorite social sites, including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, tagging it with #cincodemoes.
Also making its debut in Moe's at the salsa bar is two new seasonal salsas. The Smoky Triple Chili Salsa has fresh tomatoes blended with Serrano chilis with a black pepper bite and the Southwest Tapenade Salsa is Moe's take on a traditional tapenade with fresh tomatoes, olives, onions and jalapenos.
