Moe's commemorates the 27 Club

To celebrate the 27 Club, which honors popular musicians who passed away at the age of 27, Moe's Southwest Grill is hosting an event on Feb. 7 with freebies and augmented reality artwork.

The celebration has three parts. The first is a piece of augmented reality art released at all locations, created by Carl Warner. The art features interactive Moe's ingredients and can be accessed via Moe's loyalty app.

The second component will take place in Moe's backyard, Atlanta. Local street artist Killamari will paint a mural with the 27 Club and Moe's food at the center of attention.

The final piece is a group of promotions, including a chance to win a year of free burritos, a free 27 club T-shirt and a BOGO offer on Joey Jrs, according to the release.
