Modmarket announced today the opening of its seventh Front Range restaurant. The new Modmarket is at 900 16th St., in Denver at the 16th Street Mall, an outdoor downtown mall.
"Modmarket has been trying to find the perfect 16th Street location for two years. We love the energy of the mall and believe our offering is a perfect addition to the urban combination of retail, office and residential populations found here. The restaurant was designed to specifically cater to a downtown crowd and boasts many features that make it the perfect spot for working on the go while enjoying healthy food made fast," said Anthony Pigliacampo, Modmarket co-founder.
The 3,400-square-foot restaurant at the intersection of 16th and Champa Streets will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
"The downtown Denver crowd will enjoy the sustainable, gourmet option that Modmarket brings. And, with our custom catering capabilities, we can easily serve the many businesses that surround the mall area," Pigliacampo said.
Two additional Front Range-area Modmarket locations will open in the coming months: one in Highlands Ranch as well as an airport Modmarket in the Concourse B Food Court of Denver International Airport. In addition, the company will take its concept out of state when it introduces Modmarket later this spring to a Dallas suburb.
