Modmarket continues Lone Star expansion

Modmarket anticipates opening two additional Texas locations in Q1 2015.

Colorado-based Modmarket is continuing to take on Texas with the opening of its second Lone Star State location at 8400 Preston Road in Plano.

"We have been blown away by the warm welcome we have received from the Dallas market and are so pleased to be opening our second Texas location," said co-founder Anthony Pigliacampo in a company press release. "Modmarket is a great fit for the busy, health-conscious Plano residents looking for an affordable, fresh meal. We are eager to share our food with this outstanding community."

On grand opening day Oct. 27, various prizes will be awarded to guests who register at the restaurant, including Modmarket gift cards, Ultimate Pilates Plano class packages and a Luke's Locker gift certificate.
