Roti Modern Mediterranean opens another Northbrook unit

Roti Modern Mediterranean has opened its second location in Northbrook, Illinois.

Roti Modern Mediterranean has opened its second location in Northbrook, Illinois. Formerly called Roti Mediterranean Grill, the chain now has 22 locations with others operating in the Chicagoland area, Washington, D.C., and New York. The new restaurant in the northern suburb is the first to introduce a slew of menu additions which will take effect at the other locations throughout 2016, according to a company press release. New menu items include grass-fed beef, lamb meatballs and red lentil soup.

With a more robust self-service beverage program featuring house made juices and teas, the new Northbrook restaurant will also offer a selection of beers and wines, according to the release.
