Modern Market to open second Phoenix location June 3

Modern Market has announced its second Phoenix area location, opening June 3, 2017 at 4901 E. Ray Rd., Suite 100 in Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center. The new restaurant, along with the Old Town Scottsdale location in the Phoenix area, round out 26 locations for the company, according to a press release.

Modern Market uses local sources like Cartel Coffee Lab, Abby Lee Farms, Four Peaks Brewing and Duncan Family Farms and offers breakfast including egg platters, egg sandwiches, whole grain waffles and scrambles made with eggs from pasture-raised chickens and nitrate-free meats.

Beyond super food-packed handmade soups and salads, Modern Market serves home-style platters, including a plate of balanced portions of protein, vegetable and starchy foods. The brand also uses chemical-free cheese and makes pizza with high-protein dough and offers vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and kids’ dishes.
