In an effort to give customers an easier way to place non-traditional and off-site orders, Modern Market Eatery has launched native delivery and group ordering to its website. Customers may now place orders and earn loyalty rewards without accessing third-party apps, according to a company press release. Orders of $50 or more receive free delivery.
"We've had guests asking for years for the ability to create group orders," said Erinn McCully, director of off-premise sales for MME. "Through our partnership with Olo, we have been able to accomplish this, and we're thrilled about it. We strive to make ordering our food as convenient as possible. The investment we've made in our website, tech stack and loyalty app in the last year really supports that overall goal."
With the addition of group ordering, guests can now order pick-up or delivery for a large party in a more streamlined processed, making coordinating a meeting or company lunch much easier, McCully said. The host of the order chooses a date and cutoff time then electronically invites each lunch participant to add their meals to the order. Once the order is complete, the host submits it to the restaurant.
Modern Market Eatery opened in 2009, in Boulder, Colorado.
