Mod names president, promotes 6 others

MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings LLC has promoted COO John Maguire to the additional role of president, while Steve O'Neil, leader of operations services and excellence, is now vice president of partnerships for the brand. The two promotions were among a series of strategic leadership promotions designed to strengthen operations as the brand approaches 500 stores this year, according to a company press release.

Maguire has been COO since 2018 and will continue to oversee all aspects of company and franchise operations while also leading operations services and excellence, training, supply chain and franchising. He is the former president and CEO of FIC Restaurants Inc. (Friendly's) and Johnny Rockets Group.

O'Neill has been with the brand nearly seven years and will is now overseeing the brand's franchise partnership group with nine partners and 92 locations. He formerly served as an executive with Starbucks and The Walt Disney Company.  

The brand said it also promoted: 

• Kristen Driscoll to senior director of operations services and excellence
• Mo Chowdhury to senior regional director of Operations (Mid-Atlantic and Florida).
• James Holguin to senior regional director of Operations (California, Arizona and Utah).
• Aaron Johnson to senior regional director of Operations (Texas and Missouri).
• Shanna Taylor to senior director of talent acquisition and people systems.
