Mocafe to offer organic frappes

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. -- Innovative Beverage Concepts Inc., the parent company of Mocafe, has launched USDA organic certified frappes and Fair Trade Certified mocha frappe. The drinks include:
- Fair Trade Organic Dominican Forestero Cocoa Mocha - Organic Belizian Vanilla Latte
- Organic Vera Cruz Caffe Latte
According to the release, U.S. organic food sales are the fastest growing segment of food sales in North America and have grown between 17-19 percent since 1997. Cocoa is one of the most heavily sprayed crops in the world along with coffee and most big brands still currently use institutional, commodity cocoas in there blended mocha mixes.
Innovative Beverage Concepts brands include Mocafe Professional Coffee & Tea Bar Products and TEAOLOGY tea, a modern methodology in tea.
