Missouri's capital city welcomes Slim Chickens

Slim Chickens, a 129-unit chain based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, opened last week in Jefferson City, Missouri, at 2207 Missouri Blvd., with R Solutions Holding at its helm.

"R Solutions Holding is exactly the type of experienced franchise partners that we're looking for as we expand into new territories, both globally and domestically in the United States," Jackie Lobdell, Slim Chickens' vice president of Franchise Development, said in a company press release. "Their passion for the brand and deep operational experience reflect the qualities we look for in franchise partners."

The chain, which has over 600 locations in development, launched a multi-unit franchise growth initiative in 2019 to reach 600 units in 10 years and is targeting qualified and experienced multi-unit groups to develop in dynamic markets across the country.
