Twenty-one states are positioned to raise their minimum wages on Jan. 1. According to a news release from the Employment Policies Institute, other cities and states are expected to follow in 2015.
The following states, their current minimum wage and Jan. 1 minimum wage, will get raises:

Missouri | $7.50 | $7.65 |
Montana | $7.90 | $8.05 |
Nebraska | $7.25 | $8.00 |
