November 10, 2022

Denver, Colorado-based Mici Italian is bringing back its fully-assembled lasagnas in time for the holidays, according to a press release.

The lasagna can be ordered uncooked or cooked and stored for up to three days in the refrigerator (three months if frozen) before baking at home.

"Coming from a big family, we know how hard it is to feed a group high quality food as you gather to celebrate the holidays," Jeff Miceli, founder of Mici Italian, said in the press release. "We're excited to offer our authentic lasagna, featuring our family's Tuscan meat sauce recipe. We offer our lasagna cooked or uncooked to make it perfectly convenient for our guests to have the same high-quality product as they would get at Mici served on-demand in their homes."

Mici requires a 24-hour advance notice for lasagna trays. The lasagna is available from Dec. 1, 2022 through Jan. 1, 2023. The lasagna feeds 12 to 20 people.
