Dixon has more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in the restaurant, retail and entertainment industries. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer at GoTo Foods, where he helped nearly double the company's brand portfolio. He has also held leadership roles at Ignite Restaurant Group, Pinkberry and The Cheesecake Factory.

Dixon holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA in accounting from the University of Michigan.

"Mike's demonstrated success in accelerating and scaling financial performance across QSR organizations, maximizing unit economics and managing complex financial environments makes him a perfect fit for Zaxbys' next chapter," Acoca said in a press release.
