Mendocino Farms, a Southern California-founded fast casual chain, will debut its first seasonal menu of the year on Feb. 24, featuring a selection of dishes designed to highlight spring flavors.
The "Come Graze a While" menu includes three items crafted by executive chef Jeremy Bringardner: a smoky barbecue pork sandwich, a farmhouse ranch salad and a citrus-themed take on the brand's signature goat cheese salad.
The rollout coincides with a significant milestone for the company: the opening of its first Arizona location in Scottsdale.

Mowder said the seasonal items will remain on the menu through May.
Founded in 2005, Mendocino Farms has expanded from its Los Angeles roots into Texas, Washington and most recently Arizona and Colorado.
