Menchie's opens new Cali location

Menchie's has opened its newest location in Sierra Lakes Marketplace at 16645 Sierra Lake Pkwy., Unit 100, Fontana, Calif., according to a company press release.

To celebrate the opening, Menchie's will host a seven-day grand opening celebration from Feb. 15 to 21, with free giveaways including T-shirts, Menchie's merchandise, family friendly activities and free servings of frozen yogurt.

"With a strong business background and over 30 years of supply chain management experience, I decided to further expand my portfolio and enter the franchise world with Menchie's," said Franchisee David Kao. "The concept behind Menchie's and the unique community oriented culture initially attracted me to the brand. I look forward to giving back to the Fontana neighborhood and have already become involved with the local youth sports programs in the area."
