Menchie's on target to open 600 units by 2016

Menchie's has opened three new locations this month, one each in California, Michigan and Florida.

With a goal of opening 600 units by next year, Menchie's has opened three new locations this month, one each in California, Michigan and Florida, according to a company press release.

To celebrate the openings, Menchie's will host seven days of celebrations at each store, giving customers free Menchie's merchandise and discounts on its frozen yogurt.

With over 500 stores, the franchise has locations in the United States, Canada, China, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India and more, according to the release.
