Menchie's CEO reappearing on 'Undercover Boss'

Menchie's CEO Amit Kleinberger will be back on the small screen Friday night for a special episode of the CBS hit series "Undercover Boss." The show, airing 8 p.m EST, will feature Kleinberger on the show's first "Undercover Employee" episode, where an employee will don the disguise and covertly check on a select location, according to a company press release.

With the assistance of his disguised employee, Kleinberger will check on one of his stores to see how they are doing after the past "Undercover Boss" episode, which aired several months ago. Together, Kleinberger and his incognito employee will see if the location has kept up with Menchie's standards by continuing to exude the smiley culture, Kleinberger said.

"My last experience with 'Undercover Boss' changed my life and gave me an even deeper appreciation for all of the team members in our Menchie's family who work hard to promote our mission of making people smile," he said. "This time, while I wasn't the one wearing the disguise, I still felt touched by what I saw and know that without my team members, who are the heart and soul of the brand, Menchie's wouldn't be the same."

To celebrate Menchie's second time on "Undercover Boss", viewers can text "MENCHIES" to 35350 now through Friday to receive a text offer for a free 5-ounce frozen yogurt. To redeem the free frozen yogurt, guests must present the offer on their phone in-store. The 5-ounce offer is only valid from Friday through Sunday at participating Menchie's locations.
