Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers announced the opening of its newest location at 1451 Coral Ridge Avenue, in the Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville, Iowa.

Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers announced the opening of its newest location at 1451 Coral Ridge Avenue, in the Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville, Iowa.

Drew Knudsen and Kaaren Vargas are the new owners: "This is an ideal setting for our guests—people who enjoy a family friendly environment along with a one-of-a-kind experience and fantastic food," said Knudsen.

The new store features a nod to the history of the Iowa Hawkeye football team and a large spaceship suspended in the air, with an artistic interpretation of a crop circle, alien invasion, and a disco cow being abducted into the sky.
