Meet Slim Chickens in St Louis

Arkansas-based Slim Chickens, which features dine-in and drive-thru service in the better-chicken segment, is opening at 1515 Hampton Ave., in St. Louis. It's one of several locations R Solutions is bringing to Missouri, according to a company press release.

"Missouri loves Slim Chickens, and that is proven through the great success R Solutions has had with their location in Troy," Jackie Lobdell, vice president of franchise development at Slim Chickens, said in a company press release. "Slims' and R Solutions' commitment to providing flavorful, fresh food to customers will make their new location a frequent stop for St. Louis residents."

Slim Chickens opened in 2003 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and now has 145 locations in the United States and the United Kingdom as well as over 700 locations in development.
