McAlister's launches sweepstakes to promote 'Lite menu'

McAlister's Deli has launched its "Drop It to Win" sweepstakes, where one fan will win a beach getaway for learning about the "Lite Choose Two" menu at McAlister's, according to a company press release.

"We know our guests love choice and that many have resolved to eat lighter. At McAlister's, we have more than 200 'Lite Choose Two' menu options under 600 calories," said McAlister's Deli Vice President of Marketing Donna Josephson. "To celebrate our 'Lite Choose Two' menu, McAlister's wants to treat one lucky fan to some much-needed relaxation at any beach in the continental U.S."

Through Feb. 27, 2014, guests can visit McAlister's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/TeaFreaks or website at www.mcalistersdeli.com/DropItToWin and enter for a chance to win the grand prize as well as daily prizes. The sweepstakes is an interactive game, where guests can drop a ball into one of the favorite "Lite Choose Two" items for a chance to win a $25-McAlister's gift card and for an entry to win the grand prize.

"Because of the success of past interactive sweepstakes, we have continued to include that component as a way to further engage with our guests," Josephson said.
