McAlister's franchisee adds to portfolio

McAlister's Deli is adding to its footprint with its Dallas-based franchisee, The Saxton Group, opening its second location in Denton, Texas, and a second Iowa unit in Council Bluff. Both will open in the spring according to a company press release.

The Denton restaurant will be located at 2200 W. University Dr., Suite 190, in a 3,540-square-foot building that seats up to 122 guests. 

The Council Bluffs restaurant is within the Metro Crossing Shopping Center at 3808 Metro Dr., Suite 103, in Council Bluffs. The restaurant, a 3,317-square-foot building and will seat up to 129 guests.

The openings mark The Saxton Group's 77th and 78th units.

Founded in 1989, McAlister's Deli has more than 400 restaurants in 28 states.
