ROUND ROCK, Texas — McAlister's Deli has selected Dell technology to support its point-of-sale and administrative challenges.
According to a news release, Dell will support back-office activities, such as accounting, inventory and communications. McAlister's Deli uses Dell OptiPlex GX520 computers, Dell PowerEdge 850 servers, Dell PowerConnect 2216 Ethernet switches and Dell 1600n multifunction laser printers.
Each McAlister's Deli location has also installed six new POS stations comprised of the standards-based Dell OptiPlex GX520 system along with a receipt printer, cash drawer and touchscreen monitor.
"McAlister's Deli looks to Dell for reliable products and services from a single source," said Randy White, McAlister's Deli's director of information technologies. "With Dell, we're confident we'll continue to provide a superior guest experience at each of our locations."
