McAlister's Deli Introduces new line of pasta entrees nationwide

McAlister's Deli announced today it has introduced a new line of pasta entrees at participating restaurants nationwide.

McAlister's Deli announced today it has introduced a new line of pasta entrees at participating restaurants nationwide. The brand now offers guests four delicious choices — Chicken Bacon Jalapeno, Four Cheese Chili, Chicken Cavatappi and Cavatappi.

McAlister's new pastas are offered in restaurant as a full entree portion as well as a choose-two portion.  These new dishes are also available as catering collections that are served with a garden salad and parmesan crostini. Guests can choose from the following:

• Chicken Bacon Jalapeno – Cavatappi pasta with grilled chicken and creamy four-cheese sauce, lightly flavored with jalapeno peppers, applewood smoked bacon, fresh diced tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.
• Four Cheese Chili – Cavatappi pasta with chili and creamy four-cheese sauce, finished with cheddar-jack cheese, fresh diced tomatoes and onions.
• Chicken Cavatappi – Cavatappi pasta with grilled chicken and choice of sauce (four cheese, signature tomato cream or marinara) finished with fresh-diced tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.  
• Cavatappi – Cavatappi pasta with choice of sauce (four cheese, signature tomato cream or marinara) finished with fresh-diced tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.  

"Our new pasta entrees are a significant menu expansion for us. Our goal is to offer our guests new, unique flavors beyond the deli that expand our lunch, dinner and catering options," McAlister's Vice President of Global Marketing Donna Josephson said in a statement. "Pasta is a differentiator for us as we continue to evolve the brand and establish McAlister's Deli as a dinner destination."
