Manny's Med Café to open 5th unit

Charleston, S.C.-based Manny's Mediterranean Café has announced plans to open a new franchise location in the Charlotte, N.C., area in the next 90 to 120 days.

The franchise owner is Stephanie Cripe; Rena and Thomas Cripe, both graduates of UNC-Charlotte, will run the day-to-day operations. Manny's is targeting the upscale suburbs of Matthews, Ballantyne and Wesly Chappell, N.C. This will be Manny's fifth franchise location in three states, according to a company press release.
