NY1:AManhattanmom is suing Applebee's for allegedly serving her five-year-old alcohol in their restaurant inBattery Park City,N.Y. According to the New York Post, Cynthia Pereles said she ordered an apple juice for her son, but instead the boy was served a Long Island Iced Tea.
