Mamoun' Falafel readying first Atlanta location

Middle Eastern fast casual Mamoun's Falafel has signed a lease for the first of six units in a franchise deal planned for the Atlanta, Georgia area.

The initial location, with franchisees Kalki Patel and Parimal Patel, builds on Mamoun's portfolio of 10 locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, according to a press release. It will open at the West Midtown Center in 2019.

"Our entire team at Mamoun's Falafel is very hands-on, giving franchisees like Kalki and Parimal the tools they need to succeed every step of the way," said Heather Koleser, director of operations for Mamoun's Falafel, in the release.
