Mama Fu's opening in Ohio

Mama Fu's is opening the first of two Ohio locations this week, according to a company press release. Husband-and-wife entrepreneurs, Mark and Lisa Shaw, will open the doors to the new Mama Fu's Asian House Dec. 13 at the Great Northern Mall in North Olmsted, Ohio, neighboring the new Regal Cinema.

"We look forward to introducing a concept to the Midwest that has been so popular in other regions of the country," said Mark Shaw. "Offering consumers freshly prepared Asian cuisine with a unique service model that includes a fast casual approach to lunch and table service for dinner, we're confident Mama Fu's will be well-received by the diverse and busy schedules of the local consumers here in Cleveland."
