Main Squeeze Juice Co. rolling out food truck

June 20, 2018

Main Squeeze Juice Company, a New Orleans-based juice franchisor, will open its first food truck along with two additional stores in the Katy, Texas, area, according to a press release.

The food truck, slated to open in early August, will service the Katy, Richmond and Fulshear areas of Texas. The owner of the food truck, Justin LeBleu, will also open two stores in the Katy area over the coming year.

The truck will have a limited menu, serving the chain's most popular juices and smoothies, according to the release.

Prior to teaming up with Main Squeeze, LeBleu worked in the oil and gas industry for 10 years when his life took an unexpected turn. In 2015, he faced a major health scare after a hole in his esophagus allowed fluid to build up in his chest, causing his left lung to collapse. He could only eat one thing: smoothies.

Main Squeeze's recipes feature chef-inspired, cold-pressed juices and smoothies along with one-, two- and three-day juice cleanse programs, wellness shots and acai bowls created from organic and wild-harvested acai berries.

With two locations already open and operating in Lake Charles, Louisiana and Katy, Texas, Main Squeeze Juice Company plans to open five stores in 2018. According to CEO Thomas Nieto, the brand currently has over a dozen additional franchisee- and corporate-owned locations under development.
