South Indian restaurant Madras Dosa Co. is opening its third New York City location at Rockefeller Center. Opening Friday, the restaurant will serve as the chain's flagship location.

Madras Dosa is known for serving the dosa, a gluten-free crepe made from fermented rice and lentil batter filled with meat, potatoes, eggs and more. The menu includes other traditional South Indian Street foods such as rice pilaf, chaats and canteen sandwiches.

To celebrate the opening, MDC is offering the following promotions and deals:

• First 50 customers during opening weekend (Friday-Sunday) will receive a free traditional masala dosa, and everyone else will receive 20% off.
• BOGO 50% off on any dosa combo on Monday.
• 25% off any dosa on Tuesday.
• Free mango lassi with any purchase on Wednesday.
