MAD Greens marks 10 year anniversary with giveaways

Since it's launch 10 years ago, the chain has served up more than 200 tons of spring mix, 1.9 million heads of romaine lettuce and 60 tons of spinach, most of it locally sourced.

Denver-based MAD Greens will mark its 10th anniversary with salad giveaways and coupons.

MAD Greens will offer daily coupons, redeemable for free premium ingredients, from Dec. 1 to Dec. 9. On Dec. 10, the chain will also be giving away free salads to every 10th customer.

MAD Greens opened its first location in Centennial, Colorado, on Dec. 10, 2004. The chain has now grown to 12 restaurants.
