Luna Grill is unveiling the latest iteration of its design and interior style with its first Los Angeles County location in La Cañada Flintridge and two newest restaurants in San Diego County. The units will mark the 22nd, 23rd and 24th restaurants for the Mediterranean fast casual brand, according to a company press release.
The design — dubbed Luna 3.0 — represents the company's commitment to the evolution of its brand since its first location opened in 2004, said Nicole Abraham, vice president of marketing for Luna Grill.
"Luna 3.0 is a mix of vintage yet modern, with organic elements throughout. Distressed finishes are paired with modern pieces to create a cozy, comfortable and fresh feeling, she said. "The overall look for Luna Grill is an offshoot of European or Scandinavian design, featuring gentle contours and playful accent colors. Much like the entire Luna Grill experience, the new interior design honors the elements of nature and the needs of our customers through form and function."
Specific elements include bold patterns throughout, modern pendant lamps paired with vintage light bulbs and live edge wood tables representing the look of a tree trunk, Abraham said.
