Luna Grill adds new quinoa-based dishes

In honor of the spring season, Luna Grill is rolling out two healthy seasonal offerings at its 21 locations across southern California and Dallas.

In honor of the spring season, Luna Grill is rolling out two healthy seasonal offerings at its 21 locations across southern California and Dallas. According to a company press, the offerings are available March 21 through May 21 and include:

  • Spring arugula salad: Quinoa remains fixed on the menu as a base for a tabbouleh with chickpeas, celery, tomato, feta and roasted pumpkin seeds, all tossed with Luna's signature house vinaigrette. Chock full of iron, roasted pumpkin seeds are a nutritional powerhouse, helping to boost energy and stamina, according to a company press release.
  • Spring market wrap: Pieces of Luna's all-natural chicken kabob are wrapped with the quinoa tabbouleh, arugula, feta, fresh tomatoes and signature house vinaigrette in a nutritious multi-grain flatbread.
