Luby's, Fuddruckers open dual concept location in Dallas

Side-by-side Fuddruckers and Luby's restaurants opened today in Dallas, the company's third new side-by-side build project and the first in the Dallas area.

The side-by-side Luby's cafeteria and Fuddruckers fast casual restaurant site is located in Rockwall at 2235 S. Goliad Street, between Interstate 30 and Highway 276.

The venues occupy a free-standing, 13,000-square-foot structure. Fuddruckers seats 92 and features 3,000 square feet, while Luby's can accommodate 220 guests in 9,900 square feet.

The first side-by-side Fuddruckers/Luby's debuted in the Houston suburb of Pearland in August 2012, and an Austin site was added in March 2014.

"We're excited to be growing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with this iconic pairing of Texas-based brands. Geared around quality and convenience, the dual concept location is an ideal fit for the discerning tastes of Rockwall residents," said Peter Tropoli, Chief Operating Officer of Luby's, Inc., in a company press release.
