Philadelphia-based fast-casual chicken chain Love & Honey is expanding into Florida through a 20-unit development agreement. The restaurants mark the brand's entry into the state, and will be located across Southeast Florida and markets south of Orlando.
The company said Florida's strong demand for fast-casual dining and opportunities to partner with local operators made the market an attractive expansion target.
"This agreement represents exactly the kind of growth we envisioned for Love & Honey," co-founder Laura Lyons said in a press release.
"Bringing the brand to Florida is a meaningful step in our expansion, and we are excited to introduce more communities to our chef-driven fried chicken, heartfelt hospitality and commitment to quality."
Love & Honey said it is seeking additional growth opportunities with experienced multi-unit operators. The company operates locations in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
