UK-based Island Poke is opening its 15th location this weekend in Richmond, which is in southwest London at 4 George St.
"It's our mission to grow our ohana across London and beyond, bringing people a great and fresh alternative to the traditional lunch and dine-out offering," Island Poke Founder James Gould-Porter said in a company press release.
The restaurant features an updated design including digital menu boards with lapping beach waves and sustainable, Oceanic fabric seating, designed to combat marine plastic pollution and achieve a waste-free environment.
Two more restaurants will open next year in Clapham and Notting Hill as well as four dark kitchens across London, and the restaurant, backed by investment platform The White Rabbit, plans to open 23 brick-and-mortar locations over the next five years.
Founded in 2016 in Soho's Kingly Street in London, Island Poke has 15 restaurants in London and eight in France.
