Little Greek to open in Quincy

Little Greek Fresh Grill will open a location this fall in Quincy, Illinois, according to a press release.

"This will be our first location in Illinois," President Nick Vojnovic said in the release. "We hope to open by November of this year."

Scott Smith, who will own and operate the Quincy location, is a Quincy native with 13 years of experience in restaurant management.

"We're thrilled to open in Quincy," said Smith. "We're working hard to open as soon as we feel the quality is where it should be in our restaurant."

Tampa, Florida-based Little Greek Fresh Grill has 36 locations in five states.
