Lets Poke rolls out kiosk ordering

Let's Pok, a New York City restaurant featuring fresh ingredients that allows customers to build their own options, now offers two touchscreens at the store's entrance so customers can customize their bowls and sushi burritos with fish, chicken, tofu or beef, according to a press release. Additional options include cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, quail eggs, ikura, tamago, spicy kani and crispy salmon skins. 

Let's Poke also offers catering for workplace lunch, large group meetings and corporate events featuring their on-site poke bar offering made-to-order bowls and hand rolls.
