LEAD, a leadership development platform, is bringing an evening of insights and genuine connection to Dallas, July 9 as part of LEAD Dallas, an event designed to ignite the next generation of restaurant leaders with real stories and actionable wisdom.
The program will feature industry figures sharing personal stories and leadership journeys. Speakers include Emily Williams Knight, Ed.D., of the Texas Restaurant Association; Gregg Majewski of Craveworthy Brands; and Jack Gibbons of FB Society, among others.
According to Amy Hom, founder of LEAD, the event offers a space for leaders to "recharge" and gain tools for purposeful leadership. Kelly Grogan, a LEAD council member, said the events are a direct investment in "stronger leadership, better culture, and long-term growth."
The event is designed for a wide range of hospitality professionals, including general managers, district leaders, catering and sales managers and human resources personnel. Attendees can expect to hear unique leadership stories, gain practical takeaways for current challenges, and participate in networking.
For those unable to attend, the "LEAD Podcast" offers free conversations with hospitality leaders.
Space is limited, and registration is open here.
Sponsors for the Dallas event include GLEAM Network, Wow Bao, PepsiCo, Lunchbox, Branded Hospitality, Schoox, Barcelona Wine Bar and Toast.
