Le Macaron making Oregon debut

Le Macaron French Pastries, which has over 70 locations, is marking its Oregon debut with three stores in Portland. The agreement was signed by co-owners Jing Zhou and Leo Liu, who have previous franchise experience.

"We are eager to go big in Oregon, and I'm ecstatic that we have had the opportunity to team up with local owners who are passionate about bringing the best desserts to their communities," Greg Guillem, director of operations at Le Macaron French Pastries, said in the release. "Le Macaron is focused on scaling at the right time, in the right way while bringing a lot of excitement around authentic French pastries."

Founded in 2009, by Rosalie Guillem and her daughter Audrey, Le Macaron French Pastries is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida.
