Le Duff appoints senior director of non-traditional venue business development

Le Duff America, Inc. announced today the hiring of Sheryl Fox as the senior director of non-traditional venue business development.

Le Duff America, Inc. announced today the hiring of Sheryl Fox as the senior director of non-traditional venue business development.

In this role, Fox will be reponsibile for growing Le Duff's la Madeleine Country French Café, Brioche Dorée and Bruegger's Bagels brands in non-traditional foodservice venues such as airports, universities and healthcare settings.

"Sheryl is a fantastic addition to Le Duff's development team. Her impact will be felt quickly," said Paul Carolan, chief development officer for Le Duff America, Inc., in a company press release. "As the Le Duff family of brands pursues its growth goals, adding top tier professionals with credentials such as Sheryl's is a primary focus. We have full confidence in Sheryl to accomplish great things here."

Prior to joining Le Duff, Fox served as senior marketing and development manager at Yum! Brands Express, where she oversaw the marketing strategy and analysis for KFC Express, Pizza Hut Express and Taco Bell Express.

Additionally, at Yum! Brands Express, Fox's responsibilities included oversight of more than 250 locations operating in transportation centers (airports, toll roads and convenience/travel centers) and led the growth of the channel by 10 to 20 new units annually.
