Le Duff America, parent company of Madeleine Country French Café, Brioche Dorée and Bruegger’s Bagels, has named Stefanie Rakes as its director of development for non-traditional venues. In this role, Rakes takes responsibility for growing Le Duff’'s la brands in non-traditional foodservice venues such as those in airports, universities and transportation centers, according to a company press release.
"Stefanie continues our trend of adding top-tier talent to Le Duff's development team," said Claude Bergeron, chairman and CEO of Le Duff America. Most recently, she was part of the Pizza Hut International team where she managed the non-traditional development of Pizza Hut Express around the world.
