MINNEAPOLIS — Land O Lakes is rolling out two specialty flavored cheese slices for easier portioning and menuing on popular entrees. Available in a 4-inch round slice for more complete coverage on sandwiches, the company's new Bleu Cheese Style and Parmesan Style Slices open up a variety of new menuing opportunities for operators.

 

These products make it possible to add bold Bleu Cheese and Parmesan flavors to wraps, omelets, salads, subs, pizzas, soups and other hot and cold applications across multiple dayparts and menu categories.
