Quick serve and fast casual restaurants face more than 10 percent errors in order handling in drive-thru, take out and counter orders, according to NAStar, a company that has launched the Print'N Stick POS Order Confirmation Labels system designed to reduce order errors.
The system is intended to improve bottom lines by increasing speed of service, improving order accuracy and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, On Demand Printed POS labels reduce food waste from handling errors by replacing traditional methods like taped receipts, grease pencils and handwritten labels, according to the announcement.
As patrons desire more customization and personalized choices in addition to awareness of food allergies and sensitivities, customer satisfaction can be challenging, the company said. Print'N Stick POS Order Confirmation Labels are designed to ensure accurate orders and to help enhance the bottom line of a business.
