La Madeleine has released an app, powered by Thanx, featuring a revamped loyalty program, Bonjour Rewards and digital ordering experience. The enhancements convert unfamiliar guests into recognized regulars through branded or tailored digital interactions, enhancing the brand's understanding and fostering customer value growth, said La Madeleine COO Christine Johnson.
"Fostering true loyalty ultimately comes down to understanding what people value most," she said in a company press release. "Our goal is to create an atmosphere that guests can call their own, and by partnering with Thanx, we are now able to actively engage with our guests on a new, individualized level."
La Madeleine, focused on serving approachable, French cuisine in a fast casual format across North America, evolved its Bonjour Rewards in partnership with Thanx to provide seamless daily experiences and rewards to loyal customers. Loyalty app perks include free lemon madeleine or butter croissant with sign-up, free birthday bakery treat, touchless payment, easy ordering, surprise monthly rewards and more.
French-founded and French-owned since 1983, the chain operates more than 86 corporate and franchise locations in nine states.
