La Madeleine launches Mother’s Day campaign

In conjunction with Mother’s Day, la Madeleine Country French Cafe is re-introducing its “Card for the Cause” program through a continuing partnership with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation.

“La Madeleine looks forward to again honoring mothers in a joint effort to fight cancer,” said la Madeleine COO Phil Costner. “We received positive feedback from our guests in years past and we hope to continue serving our patrons in our 60 cafes and in the community.”

The “Card for the Cause” can be purchased at any la Madeleine Cafe for $35 and entitles guests to 10 percent off most purchases for one year. Previous cardholders may renew their “Card for the Cause” for $25.

Now through Sept. 28, la Madeleine will donate 1 percent of the total purchases made by patrons that present a “Card for the Cause” (excluding alcohol and gift card sales) to Susan G. Komen for the Cure and has committed a minimum donation of $50,000.

La Madeleine Country French Cafe owns and operates 60 cafes in Texas, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Louisiana.
