La Madeleine debuts spring menu

There's a new spring menu launching March 27 at la Madeleine with rustic, authentic French flavors, according to a company press release. The menu, available through June 4, includes French-inspired mini croques, a fresh salade with a sweet twist and a citrus cake. Selections include:

  • Mini Croque Trio & Cranberry Pecan Salade: Includes a trio of French-inspired mini croques – Chicken Pesto, Turkey, Bacon and Tomato Pesto and Traditional Croque Monsieru, served on artisan bread topped with melted Swiss cheese and a garlic cream sauce. It's paired with the new cranberry pecan salade. $8.19
  • Cranberry Pecan Wild Field Salade with Chicken: Balsamic marinated chicken, wild field greens, roasted pecans and cranberries, all tossed in la Madeleine's classic balsamic vinaigrette. $8.99
  • Orange Dream Cake: A combination of fresh vanilla cream cake filled with orange cream, and topped with vanilla icing and accents of toasted almonds. $3.99 slice/$29.99 cake.
