K'Pop Chicken up for grabs at Chi'Lantro BBQ

Chi'Lantro BBQ, a Korean BBQ-inspired fast casual brand that launched has a food truck, has created The K'Pop Chicken, featuring boneless chicken pieces that are lightly breaded, fried and tossed in a gochujang-based sauce. Customer may order it in various ways, including in the restaurant's Curated Bowl series, as a sixth Korean BBQ protein option or as a More To Share item.

"We haven't introduced a new protein at Chi'Lantro for years as we've been working on perfecting our current protein choices," Founder Jae Kim said in a company press release. "We strive to make Korean BBQ Inspired food accessible and enjoyable for all of our customers. The K'Pop Chicken is a fun and tasty combination of familiar boneless popcorn chicken and rich, complex Korean flavors. We are thrilled to introduce this new item and believe that it will quickly become our customers favorite."

The K'Pop Chicken is available at all stores in Austin and Houston, online at www.chilantrobbq.com, on the Chi'Lantro App and catering. Chi'Lantro BBQ has 11 brick-and-mortar locations as well as a catering business.
