Kona Poke opening express location in Orlando

Central Florida-based Kona Poke is opening its first Orlando Kona Poke Express food trailer Saturday at Quantum Leap Winery, 1312 Wilfred Dr.

The express concept will offer top-selling items from Kona Poke's brick-and-mortar locations as well as delivery via Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Open since January 2019, Kona Poke features Hawaiian-style poke bowls with sushi-grade fish, house sauces and over 40 fresh ingredients as well as vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free and cooked options.

It has brick-and-mortar stores in Lake Mary and Sanford, Flordia; Kona Poké Express food trailers in Orlando and Satellite Beach, as well as a delivery-only Miami store.
