KnowFat Lifestyle Grille sets ambitious goals

BostonHerald:KnowFat Lifestyle Grille has commitments for 60 new franchise locations to open over the next six years in markets including Des Moines, Iowa; Houston; Miami; Minneapolis; San Francisco and San Jose, Calif. The company has landed $8 million in venture capital and soon will close another $8 million round to help finance its growth.

 

Investors include Steven Pagliuca, managing director of Boston's Bain Capital; Michael Cronin, managing director of Weston Presidio Capital in Boston, and Henry Nasella, former president of Staples Inc. and former chief executive of Star Markets.
