Kneaders Bakery and Café creates Hawaiian-themed menu

Beginning June 2, Kneaders Bakery and Café will feature its new “Aloha Summer” menu, with Hawaiian-themed specialty drinks, sandwiches and desserts. As part of the promotion, Kneaders will also be giving away Hawaiian vacations from June through August. Fans can enter via alohakneaders.com or by liking the brand on Facebook.

The Aloha Summer menu includes:

• The Hawaiian Hammy Sammy: A combination of ham and pineapple inside a ciabatta bun.
• The Lava Flow: A twist on the signature Hawaiian beverage.
• The Big Island pasta salad: With hints of pineapple and avocado.
• Half Moon Hand Pie: A Kneaders original pastry with a flaky crust surrounding a pineapple filling.
• Haupia Tart: A combination of the traditional Hawaiian dessert with a Kneaders twist, combining chocolate and coconut.

The “Aloha Summer” menu will be available through August at all 28 Kneaders Bakery and Café locations.
